Purchase of this service is subject to our standard terms as well as the following specific terms. In purchasing this item you agree to be bound by these terms:

  • This entitles you to up to 4 hours of the time of our team to help support you with your specific requirements. This may include but not limited to developers, team leads, customer service team members, administrative work and our management team.
  • We do not guarantee the issue will be resolved within 4 hours.
  • Should a resolution be determined within the allocated timeframe, but further development work will be required by our engineers to solve the matter, we cannot guarantee the timeframe to create the necessary code and release it. We can offer a fast track service for this as a separate service.
  • In purchasing this service you acknowledge that you are paying for OPMC to prioritise your needs over the requirements of others and our normal support time frames. This is reflected in the cost of the service.
  • We do not guarantee any resolution within the allotment of time you have purchased.
  • We will advise if further time is required.
  • This amount is a pre paid block of up to 4 hours of time and is not refundable in any circumstance.

Our policy offers a full refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.

Woocommerce.opmc.com.au and our payment process submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
